Introducing ML-Based Nudges for Lead Engagement!
Our all new intelligent ML-Based Nudges leverage our Lead Scoring and Progression Models to determine when and how to engage with the lead. This information is delivered to the sales rep in the form of a mobile notification.
Based on historical Lead progression data, The ML Model finds a pattern between lead progression and sales engagement. It finds the optimal steps in lead engagement that result in a conversion.
Vymo recommends the optimal window to engage a lead and which product to pitch them.
If the recommendation is not followed within the prescribed time period, the Model can run again to suggest the next best action.
A lead conversion propensity score is generated each time to emphasize the degree to which the suggested sales activity would improve their chances of lead conversion.
Idle Lead Nudges.
For many sales teams it is crucial to engage with the Lead as soon as possible. A lead that is left idle might quickly become cold and unresponsive.
Vymo tackles this problem with the Idle Lead Nudge framework. When leads are left unattended by reps beyond a permissible time period, the team managers are nudged to intervene and address any hurdles that the rep might be facing.
Clients can configure escalation matrices that specify the hierarchy of Vymo user profiles to notify incase of an idle lead. Consider the case where there is an important high ticket size lead that is left unattended. If the team manager is unable to intervene and address the bottleneck, Vymo can automatically nudge the Area manager, and then if required, the Divisional manager and so on.
